【Production Line Overview】

 High-purity electrolytic lead is produced using large-plate electrolysis process with fully automatic operation. Minimum annual capacity is 10,000 tons with lead purity ≥99.994%. The production line includes five major processes: fire preliminary refining and anode casting, electrolytic refining, cathode lead refining and ingot casting, starting sheet manufacturing, and anode slime treatment.

【Five Core Processes】

● Fire Preliminary Refining & Anode Casting: Crude lead undergoes preliminary fire refining to remove impurities, then is cast into anode plates.

● Electrolytic Refining: Anode plates are electrolyzed in electrolytic cells, and high-purity lead is deposited on the cathode.

● Cathode Lead Refining & Ingot Casting: Cathode lead is refined and cast into finished lead ingots.

● Starting Sheet Manufacturing: Production of cathode starting sheets for electrolysis.

● Anode Slime Treatment: Recovery of rare and precious metals from anode slime generated during electrolysis.

【Product Application】

Electrolytic lead can be used to produce high-value-added products such as high-quality electronic-grade red lead, and is widely applied in high-end fields including electronics, storage batteries, and chemical industries.
