Used in conjunction with metallurgical furnaces. Molten lead is poured into molds, cooled and solidified into crude ingots, then automatically transferred to the stripping position for demolding.

Lead, Zinc & Alloy Linear Ingot Casting Unit

【Function】 

Lead-antimony alloy liquid, lead liquid, zinc liquid, etc. are poured into molds through the casting machine, and cooled into standard lead-antimony alloy ingots (lead ingots, etc.) weighing approx. 25KG (±2kg) per piece, followed by automatic stacking.

【Optional Configuration】

 Automated integration of subsequent robotic stacking, marking, coding, weighing, and packaging processes is available.
