【System Overview】

Crude secondary lead is refined by pyrometallurgical process to remove impurities and produce refined lead. Alloy elements are then added according to downstream application requirements to produce various alloy lead products. The system includes core equipment such as lead grid low-temperature melting, regenerative smelting furnace (lead pot), automatic drossing system, agitator, and lead pump, capable of producing multiple specifications of refined lead and alloy lead products.

1.1 Lead Grid Low-Temperature Melting & Casting

Lead grids from crushing and separation are melted and cast at relatively low temperature, reducing energy consumption and avoiding burning loss of alloy elements in the lead grid, providing high-quality raw materials for subsequent alloy preparation.

1.2 Regenerative Smelting Furnace (Lead Pot)

Specifications: 15T, 20T, 30T, 50T, 80T, 100T, 120T, 160T

Featuring regenerative combustion technology with high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption. Equipped with an automatic electric control system for stable and reliable operation. Used for crude lead refining, alloy preparation and other processes.
