【Equipment Overview】
The oxygen-enriched side-blown furnace is the core equipment for lead paste smelting, suitable for processing various raw materials including lead paste and lead grids from waste lead-acid battery recycling, as well as primary lead ores. Featuring natural gas heating and oxygen-enriched side-blowing process, it delivers high smelting efficiency, low lead content in slag, and excellent environmental performance, representing advanced smelting technology in the secondary lead industry.
【Process Principle】
Raw materials including lead paste, lead grid, and coke are automatically weighed and charged into the furnace. Under an oxygen-enriched atmosphere, lead sulfate decomposes into lead oxide and sulfur dioxide. The furnace atmosphere is then adjusted to a reducing condition, where lead oxide is reduced to metallic lead via carbon reduction. The final products are crude lead and smelting slag.
